understanding the process

The current rates per session range from $100-160 per 50 minute session. Rates can depend on which therapist you are seeing and which services you are receiving. Sliding scale may be applicable after new client intake.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle as forms of payment.  Payment is expected at the time that services are rendered.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Some of our clinicians allow a 10 minute grace-period for tardiness. Unforeseen circumstances and emergencies happen. Communication to provider should be attempted and/or well-documented.  If no communication is received regarding missing your appointment, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Confidentiality is essential in counseling, allowing clients to speak freely and honestly. While counselors are committed to maintaining privacy, there are specific, legally defined situations where they must break confidentiality to protect the client or others. Clients are always informed about these boundaries at the start of counseling.
